Total Ingredients

(Makes 4 Small Loaves)
24 oz Water
19 ml Olive Oil (Not Included)
2.2 lbs Flour Mixture

For those with a kitchenade mixer:

Step 1 - Mix Flour 10 minutes 1st Speed
Step 2 - Mix Flour 3-5 minutes 2nd Speed

or

Hand Knead for about 5 minutes until reach smooth and elastic consistency

Step 3 - Fermentation - Cover and Allow to Rest for 30 Minutes



Step 4 - Scale - Size as desired.
Step 5 - Form into smaller balls, let proof/rise for 60 - 75 minutes

60 - 75 minutes at 100 Degrees, 80 % Humidity

Step 6 Oven Temp 425 degrees, Bake 30-35 minutes with steam
