Bacalhau Cubes – Center Loin Cuts

Enjoy the rich flavor and firm texture of bacalhau center loins in a smaller portion. These pieces are cut from our salted cod center loins and are ideal when you need less than a whole loin for bacalhau com natas, Gomes de Sá, soups, or other favorite recipes.

One piece per order, approximately 0.32 - 0.40 lb. Pieces vary in shape and weight. This is salted, dried cod and must be soaked to remove excess salt before cooking.
