Similar to our chourico product – Linguiça is a smoked, 100% pork sausage made with all natural casing. It is made with lean pork chunks and a blend of fine spices. Linguica is slightly thinner than chourico in diameter and comes in a loop form (as opposed to chourico 2 separate links).
