1 LB - Mellos Chicken Chouriço (Fall River) (Mild)

Chicken chourico is a smoked sausage – prepared in the traditional way chourico is prepared, but made with 100% chicken as a healthy alternative. Chicken chourico is milder than the traditional chourico sausages, but still captures that great smoked flavor. Use as a substitute in any chourico dish.
